Dr Arben Ramkaj, founder and Executive Director of the Inter-religious Institute of Albania and Chairman of the Inter-religous Cooperation Center Elbasan, is appointed as a member of the General Secretariat of the International Committee for Tolerance and selected as Director of the Europe Office.
