The Inter-religious Institute of Albania marked the International day of Peace with some reflections on the importance of interfaith dialogue and cooperation in building and sustaining peace at the local and global context. IRI supports the efforts of religious communities, civil society, academia and other stakeholders in bringing reconciliation, trust-building and cooperation the societies of our region.

IRI Executive Director, Dr. Arben Ramkaj, noted the importance of every action and initiative to be guided by a genuine intention of protecting and enriching peace. Dr Ramkaj highlighted the role and potential of clerics in the process of peace-building.
