IRI AND YOUTH

Youth is among the main target groups of the project. IRI will establish a relevant youth forum that will lead the work with young people from all over Albania. Areas of engagement with young people are:

Informal education

• Providing various formats of non-formal education for personal development by

including the promotion of religious identities and respect for other religions

• Formation of new leaders and mentors and women

• Strengthening volunteerism

• Promoting the social inclusion of marginalized and minority groups

• Providing informal educational activities in schools

• Building the competencies of ITC, media and social networks

Formal education

• Advocacy for religion and ethics lessons in school

• Promoting teacher education in religious, interfaith and social topics
